Our animated films at the 16th Youth Filmmakers Showcase in New York / Brooklyn Academy of Music

From February 3rd to 11th, 2024, children and youth in New York, as well as across the United States via online link, will be able to watch the delightful Frooom animated wonders “Jellyfish” and “Boo”, along with other wonderful films by young creators from Estonia, China, Slovenia, Colombia, Slovakia, Portugal, Germany, Malaysia, Italy, Uzbekistan, the United Kingdom, Croatia, and the United States.

The Brooklyn Academy of Music (a renowned intermedial cultural center in Brooklyn, New York) is hosting young filmmaking talents for the 16th time.

Congratulations to the authors of the film “Boo”: Lina Mlinarević, Ana Babić, Karlo Mališ, Petar Mališ, Anja Martha Trupčević, Ema Mikulić, who were mentored by Dea Jagić at the Frooom Masterclass workshop in Zagreb in 2022.

Also, congratulations to the authors of the film “Meduza”: Mirta Baranović, Oskar Bujger, Lena Radošević, Ada Simonetta, Renato Horvat, Jelena Jurić, Lasta Trupčević! And, of course, special thanks and gratitude to mentors/leaders, Dea Jagić & Hana Matejašić, who completed the film at the Frooom Masterclass workshop in Zagreb back in 2021.
