Educationa and Research Program: “Between Heritage and Film”

The educational program “Between Heritage and Film” has been designed with the aim of engaging participants—teachers, students, film professionals, and interested audiences—in the exploration and understanding of cultural and historical heritage through the medium of film.

This program emphasizes the importance of both tangible and intangible heritage, fostering a deeper connection between individuals and their cultural roots. Through a variety of activities and workshops, participants are encouraged to appreciate and document elements of heritage, thus helping to preserve them for future generations.

Moreover, by researching, uncovering, and documenting heritage through the cinematic lens, the program reveals the potential of these cultural assets to become future resources for local communities.

Throughout the program, participants will have the opportunity to view numerous anthological and contemporary feature films, documentaries, and educational films—all centered thematically on heritage and legacy.
