The Shadow Casters Association is seeking a project manager for the “Community Constellations” project! (CLOSED)

The Shadow Casters Association is a platform for interdisciplinary collaboration, creativity, and the contemplation of intermedia art. We conduct our programs throughout Croatia and in several European countries. Our new project, “Community Constellations,” aims to strengthen the capacities of civil society organizations (CSOs) in the Sisak-Moslavina County by developing innovative tools and methods for community work during crisis situations. This development is based on a combination of art, creative work methods, and existing local resources and knowledge.

Job Description: Managing the “Community Constellations” project, which we are implementing in collaboration with the Local Democracy Agency Sisak and the Association for the Promotion of Healthy Living and Quality of Life “Luč.” Responsibilities include coordinating programs and events within the project, managing the project team, communicating with participants, planning activities, and reporting on program success. Other members of the Shadow Casters Association will assist as needed.

Skills/Qualities Required for this Job:

• Experience working on ESF projects and/or project management roles
• Proactivity and a desire to learn
• Good communication skills
• High motivation and willingness to take on responsibility
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Desire to work in the nonprofit sector and interest in fostering positive cultural and social change in society
• A driver’s license (category B) is desirable but not necessary
