The Shadow Casters Association is seeking a Project Manager for the “Community Constellations” project!

The Shadow Casters Association is a platform for interdisciplinary collaboration, creativity, and reflection on intermedial arts. We implement programs across Croatia and several European countries. Our “Community Constellations” project aims to strengthen the capacity of civil society organizations (CSOs) in the Sisak-Moslavina County through the development of innovative tools and community-based methods during crisis situations. This development is based on the integration of arts, creative methodologies, and existing local resources and knowledge.

Job Description: You will be responsible for leading the “Community Constellations” project in collaboration with the Sisak Local Democracy Agency and the Luc Association for the Promotion of Healthy Living and Quality of Life. Your tasks will include coordinating program activities and events, managing the project team, communicating with participants, planning activities, and reporting on program success. Other members of the Shadow Casters Association will support you as needed.

Important to Know: The project is already underway from January 1, 2022, and we need someone who can see it through to completion by December 31, 2022.

Start Date: July 1, 2022.

Skills/Qualities Needed for This Job:

• Experience in working on ESF projects and/or project management roles
• Proactivity and eagerness to learn
• Good communication skills
• High motivation and willingness to take responsibility
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Desire to work in the nonprofit sector and interest in positive cultural and social changes in society
• Driver’s license category B (desirable, but not essential)
