The project “Community Constellations” by Shadow Casters and partners from Sisak, the Local Democracy Agency, and “Luč” from Zagreb, is a hybrid, or pilot project aimed at “creating” community through workshops, storytelling sessions, lectures, presentations by renowned artists, and creative encounters.
