The artistic platform Shadow Casters, based in Zagreb, with over 20 years of experience in creating, producing, and presenting interdisciplinary and performing arts, as well as providing film-related artistic and educational training on all 6 continents, along with numerous international and national awards and recognitions, has 2 open positions: Administrator and Communication and Inspiration Leader (f/m).

Administrator of Shadow Casters (f/m) For this position, preference will be given to individuals with administrative and financial work experience in artistic or cultural and educational organizations, as well as in creative industries, along with experience in financial reporting of projects, creative budgeting, and project expenditure tracking. We are an artistic and creative platform, so we believe that this role should be carried out by a creative individual inclined towards culture and arts, who respects diversity, works well in a team, and actively participates in the overall work of the organization. Those who can find alternative perspectives in everything and thereby inspire those around them.
