Bacači sjenki are looking for an education/workshop facilitator.

Position: Education Program Facilitator (Temporary Replacement)
Location: Zagreb
Employment type: Temporary position (maternity cover), with the possibility of extension

Job Description:

• Organizing and preparing educational programs, workshops, and seminars for various target groups (children, youth, adults)

• Communicating with institutions, educational organizations, and participants

• Coordinating logistics, production, and venues for educational activities

• Participating in the promotion and evaluation of programs, as well as analyzing their effectiveness

• Providing feedback, monitoring progress, and reporting to stakeholders

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in organizing and conducting educational programs or workshops is desirable

• Knowledge of educational methods and tools

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Excellent written and spoken command of Croatian and English

• Strong organizational skills, independence, proactivity, and adaptability

Additional Assets:

• Experience working in the independent cultural sector, NGOs, or production platforms

• Familiarity with intermedia, film, or urban educational projects

• Category B driving license
