Shadow Casters is involved in the production, creation, and distribution of theatrical and performance programs; production, distribution, and conception of feature, documentary, and experimental films; initiating domestic and international platforms and networks; social and cultural activism; advocating cultural policies; and interdisciplinary educational activities for children and adults. We are also engaged in producing, creating, and distributing interdisciplinary cultural projects and programs.
Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Manage the business and financial operations of the Association
- Coordinate projects in line with the financial operations of the Association
- Communicate with project collaborators and partners in line with the Association’s financial operations
- Draft and review contracts and agreements, including business, authorial, and other contractual collaborations
- Maintain the Employer’s registry book
- Draft and review project reports and donor reports for institutional support
- Draft and review applications for co-financing of the Association’s work and activities

Requirements:
- University undergraduate and graduate degrees, or an integrated university undergraduate and graduate degree, or equivalent higher education qualification as per previous regulations
- Active use of English in speaking and writing and proficiency in another world language
- Proficiency in computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in managing financial and administrative-legal operations
- Ability to collaborate, effectively organize, and coordinate the organization’s programs and projects
- Understanding of and experience with artistic and cultural projects, particularly in the independent cultural sector
- Desire for teamwork, learning, and professional development

Selection Process: Candidates who meet the formal requirements will be tested for their knowledge, skills, and abilities essential for the job position. Following the test, interviews will be conducted with shortlisted candidates.
Selected candidates will be notified via email about the location and time of the test, which will take place on September 23 in Zagreb from 10:00 to 12:00. If candidates do not attend the test, their application will be considered withdrawn. The same condition applies for interviews, which will be scheduled on September 26, 27, or 28 as per mutual agreement.
