THE DEPARTURE OF HEAVY CLOUDS – HERE COMES THE FROOOM! REVIEW!

In Ribnjak Park, Art Park, under the starry sky, and near the modernist monument to the poet and revolutionary Ivan Goran Kovačić, we will present to Zagreb’s little ones, their friends, and parents the film revue “The Best of Frooom!”

On Monday, July 1st, the day when our film summer in Zagreb officially begins with our 17 workshops (beginner, advanced, and master), at 9 PM, we will screen about 30 films created from 2011 to the present. These films have made the Frooom! film school for children and youth renowned worldwide. Most of these films have won awards and recognitions at domestic and international festivals in India, Austria, the United States, the United Kingdom, Greece, Brazil, Spain, and Croatia. Additionally, there will be works that have escaped the eye of critics and the wider public, which we believe are worthy of being shown. We will also showcase new films fresh out of Frooom’s film workshop that are now traveling to the four corners of the world, demonstrating the advanced media literacy of young filmmakers in Croatia.
