Free Film Workshop: THE SKY’S THE LIMIT

New Cycle of Film Workshops “The Sky’s the Limit” for Film Enthusiasts Over 54

The workshop lasts for five days: November 13 – 17, 2023, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a hot meal provided.

Location: Local Committee Trnjanska Savica, Gallery MOTS, Vladimira Ruždjaka 21, Zagreb.

The workshops are for those who enjoy socializing, playing, having fun, and learning through play, those who are young at heart but older than 54. Those who know or want to know how to make films.

So far, we have held workshops in Zagreb, Sinj, Pakrac, Pula, and Karlovac, had a great time at each, and made around 30 films. In these films, we have walked under rainbows, witnessed love intrigues, and even saw how a lost keychain was returned to its owner after exactly 60 years. We explored what a retiree does during her workweek, made commercials for existing and non-existing products and services, recorded TV news, learned about the history of film and film professions, watched many films, discussed them, and did many other interesting things.

If you are curious to embark on a unique film journey, come join us. The journey will be led by film experts Mia Maros Živković, director and cinematographer, program coordinator of FROOOM!, and Karlo Vorih, director, young film author, and leader of various film workshops for adults and children.

Participation in the workshops is completely free. During the workshops, participants will work in groups and independently, depending on their interests and willingness. A hot meal will be provided for participants during the workshop. The number of places is limited to 15 participants!
