Creative Evening with Davor Špišić: “How Does Davor Write Theater?”

During the second creative evening in Pakrac as part of the program “22 People with Attributes,” co-financed by the Ministry of Culture and Media, we present the award-winning writer, dramaturg, theater critic, world traveler, and cultural activist Davor Špišić. We will explore Davor as a writer of both old and new eras, as well as a writer of transformation, and reveal what he does when he’s not writing theater.

The lecture will be moderated by Boris Bakal, actor, director, interdisciplinary artist, and head of Shadow Casters. The creative evening will take place on Saturday, October 3, at the Croatian House “Dr. Franjo Tuđman” in Pakrac, starting at 6:00 PM.

At the beginning of this interactive lecture, a short trailer showcasing the artist’s body of work will be presented, created by Veno Mušinović, actor, filmmaker, editor, and dramaturg.

Admission to the creative evening is free, and the organizers will ensure strict adherence to all pandemic protection measures during the event.
