We are looking for a Communications & Inspiration Manager (maternity/medical leave cover)

Bacači sjenki (Shadow Casters), a creative and artistic platform based in Zagreb with more than 25 years of experience in creating, producing and presenting intermedia and performing arts, as well as delivering professional artistic and teaching training in film across all six continents—recipient of numerous international and national awards and recognitions—has an opening for a Communications and PR Manager.

Work location: Zagreb
Employment type: fixed-term employment contract – until the employee returns from medical leave/maternity leave

Working hours: by agreement (8h, 6h, 4h)
Approx. gross salary (gross 2): EUR 1,700 (full-time), depending on relevant prior experience and qualifications

Job description
* Organising, preparing and implementing promotion, public relations, and communication with partners and clients/suppliers
* Communication with institutions, educational organisations and participants
* Participating in programme promotion and evaluation, writing grant applications and reports, and analysing performance/success indicators
* Providing feedback, monitoring progress, and reporting to stakeholders

Requirements and qualifications
* Advanced use of digital online tools for communication, file storage and collaboration with colleagues and partners (Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, FilmFreeway, Zoom, Facebook, Instagram, WordPress, Vimeo, YouTube, etc.)
* Previous experience in PR and communications is desirable
* Knowledge of methods and tools for successful audience communication (WordPress, social media, etc.)
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Excellent written and spoken Croatian and English
* Strong organisational skills, independence, proactiveness and adaptability

Advantages
